Bordering a stream and native reserve this is a high density in-fill housing solution providing terraces, duplexes and low-rise apartments across a number of buildings.

A variety of separate building forms articulate this concept. Precast concrete and steel feature as a compliment to the lush verdant landscape. A contained and centralised road system allows individual buildings to open directly into the perimeter gardens.
