THIS ICONIC SLENDER BUILDING IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY. A TOUGH SITE, VERY NARROW AND LONG WITH A WESTERLY ASPECT, IT IS TUCKED BEHIND A VEHICULAR BRIDGE.

The building is raised on a podium to realise the sweeping views over the harbour and Freeman’s Bay.
The building accommodates studios, one and two bedroom apartments in a regular grid affording a simplicity in construction. Built in the 1990’s it is one of the most recognisable buildings in the area with its lively articulation and playful bursts of colour.
