ON BROADWAY, IN THE HEART OF NEWMARKET A PERIOD BRICK BUILDING HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY REFURBISHED TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF COMMERCIAL TENANTS WHILE PRESERVING THE INTEGRITY OF THE ORIGINAL LOW RISE NEWMARKET SKYLINE.

Repainted white, the building’s historic detail becomes more apparent. A delicate black steel structure has been introduced to support a transparent glass canopy while preserving the views to the building beyond. 
The building blends historic charm with modern functionality featuring white facade, exposed architectural details and a sleek glass canopy supported by a minimalist black steel frame.
