A NEW LUXURY APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT UNIQUELY SITED ON THE WATER’S EDGE OF HOBSON BAY IN AUCKLAND CITY.

Designed over eight levels, the 32-apartment building will feature 14 penthouse, some with large roof gardens and 18 residences, each with all-weather exterior living spaces, taking full advantage of the stunning city and waterfront panorama.
The building podium is a split-facce basalt rock cladding and rises to more refined honed stone cladding and steel detailing. Articulated in a series of building masses, the building steps up from the bay. To address the rising Remuera and Orakei landscape, many exterior shaped spaces complement the build and include a street scape entry walk bordered by commercial spaces, gym, pilates, library, dining and hire spaces. A pool recreation and entertaining spaces front Hobson Bay.
