Classic red brick, a nod to Auckland’s architectural history, is used across the exterior of these residential and retail dwellings. These four buildings individually address the four edges of this property, Ponsonby Road, Williamson Avenue, Brown Street and Browns Reserve with various solutions. Typologies include retail, office and upper floor apartments through to walk-up terraced housing.

Sitting boldly, these buildings don’t shy away from their prominent position on the bustling and vibrant Ponsonby Road. Bold details and clean lines create a structural silhouette on the skyline.
