PROJECT DETAILS:

A NEW ZEALAND RETREAT FOR OFFSHORE CLIENTS, THIS RESTRAINED AND SIMPLY ARTICULATED TIMBER HOME SITS IN THE TUSSOCK GRASSES AT OMAHA BEACH, A SMALL COASTAL SETTLEMENT AN HOUR NORTH OF AUCKLAND.

The house is positioned back from the white sand beach, beyond low gently undulating dunes. Whilst the home fronts Omaha bay, a rear courtyard enables sheltered recreation, pool and barbecue spaces.
