This modern beach house features five bedrooms and a dedicated bunk room, designed to comfortably accommodate family and guests.

Whilst the home fronts Omaha Bay, a rear courtyard enables sheltered recreation, pool and barbecue spaces. The two-story media room, overlooking sheltered courtyard, provide a versatile space for relaxation and entertainment.

Open-plan living area is positioned to maximise ocean views, creating a seamless connection between the interior spaces and the coastal landscape. Large glazed openings frame striking views of the ocean and dunes, enhancing natural light and facilitating effortless indoor-outdoor living.

The design employs a thoughtful material palette, with durable timber cladding on the exterior that extends inside as feature walls.

Custom oversized stone fireplaces and polished concrete flooring further enhance the interior’s refined aesthetic. This luxury beach house exemplifies sophisticated timber architecture and sustainable coastal design principles balancing privacy, environmental responsiveness and a strong connection to its coastal surroundings.
