This contemporary coastal residence integrates sustainable design principles with sophisticated architectural elements. Featuring horizontal weatherboard cladding and a carefully planned five-bedroom layout, the home maximises ocean views through strategic spatial orientation and custom solar-responsive louvred roof systems.

The interior combines functional design with refined aesthetics, utilising light timber flooring, pale grey finishes and stone fireplaces to create a cohesive living environment. Expansive bedroom terraces, dual living zones and a dedicated home office demonstrate a thoughtful approach to modern coastal living, balancing architectural innovation with practical family needs.
