Having lived in a tired, drafty early 1900 villa for some time, the young owners dreamt of a spacious, sun and light filled revitalisation providing a relaxed, family-oriented living.

The rear of the house was removed and replaced with fresh and modern kitchen and living spaces, optimising indoor-outdoor flow onto a recreation terrace and private lawn.

Existing rooms were refurbished sympathetically to complement the home’s new life.
