A resort style home on Northland’s Marsden Cove Waterways, this beautiful home in the coastal architecture design style was conceived as three pavilions with each building separating the various functions of the home to create a seamless connection with the immediate landscape.

Extensive glazing to the internal coutryard and across the waterways open the home into environment. Capturing all day sun, the homs is conditioned with dark sarked timber ceiling and dark louvres.

The home is entered through sandstone neck walls opening into an arrival courtyard as a contained and private afternoon entertaining space.
