Cut into the Castor Bay cliff, this home rises four levels, opening to expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto island.

Perfectly situated, this resort style clifftop home opens both east to the gulf and west to a sheltered living courtyard and an indoor - outdoor infinity edge pool feature on the living level.

Two levels of the cliff were excavated to create this striking contemporary residence. The exterior showcases a palette of split-face and sawn basalt cladding, offering a rugged yet refined texture. This is complemented by honed and flamed basalt paving, creating a seamless connection between the outdoor and indoor spaces. Inside, pale oak flooring adds warmth and softness to the interior, balancing the robust stone finishes.
